An Expressive Approach to Soft Pastel with Richard Suckling Saturday, May 23, 2026 · 9:00 AM–12:00 PM MT This paint-along features UK-based artist Richard Suckling, who will demonstrate an expressive approach to working with soft pastel and mixed media. Participants will work from two subjects—a garden and a coastal scene—using reference photos as a starting point. Richard emphasizes using reference as a springboard for ideas, encouraging a more interpretive and expressive approach rather than strict replication.
