Horseshoe Lodge is an historic camp retreat with a large front porch well supplied with rocking chairs. Built in the 1930s by the WPA, the place feels like a step back into another era. There are interesting stone and log buildings, a vintage baseball diamond with stone bleachers, a charming pond and meandering streams. Farther afield you can find farm and ranch properties, and open vistas to the West.

Northern Colorado Paint-Out Group

We usually meet up (coffee, or paint-out) on the third Wednesday or Thursday of each month.  We alternate to accommodate members’ needs and schedules as best we can.  At that meeting, we decide when and where the next coffee or paint-out will be.  Then I send a group email to all the NOCO members.  No RSVPS, nothing required.  Sometimes there are 8 of us, sometimes 2.  Very low-key and casual.  If you would like to be on our email list, please contact Karen Spotts at kespotts@gmail.com
